  • Advisory on communication strategy and press booking plans;
  • Content creation, design, and media production services;
  • Digital Marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Ads);
  • Press release distribution and performance tracking.

We are not the legal representative of any publisher or third party listed on our platform. Final editorial control and publication policies rest with the publisher.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering, requesting quotes, or placing orders;
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes and refrain from posting or transmitting unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content;
  • Not upload or distribute malware, spyware, or any code that could harm or interfere with the site’s operation;
  • Not attempt to access, interfere with, or compromise our systems, servers, networks, or data.

4. Content & Editorial Policy

  • Compliance: Submitted materials must comply with applicable laws and the editorial rules of each publisher. Publishers may edit, reject, or delay content at their discretion.

  • Non-refundable after delivery: Payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been executed, except in cases of material fault attributable to BookingPR.vn.
  • Rescheduling/Substitution: If a publisher reschedules or makes editorial substitutions, we will use reasonable efforts to propose alternatives of comparable value.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the website available and error-free but do not warrant uninterrupted or flawless operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or issues beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingPR.vn is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the site or services. Total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to BookingPR.vn for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
